Font Vault not found

... and starting from system panel does not work at all; Core just does not start any more.
Everything was fine last week, nothing changed.

System: WIN XP SP3
Suitcase is installed on the main PC / C:\
The Font Vault is stored on an external drive E:\
(same letter on both systems, PC and laptop)

I work from PC and laptop and want to use the same font vault on both the machines.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am trying to get some information from our Suitcase Fusion support team on why this might not be working for you. The support area you entered your question typically handles only WebINK issues. But I can make sure you get an answer.

I do not have any real answers for you on why you might be having issues. Did you recently upgrade to 14.1.1 or did you change the name of the external drive?

You might have better luck by calling the Tech Support group.
